Episub is a company specialising in building custom software solutions for our Australian customers. We build integrations between systems, applications for internal use, and automate processes. We pride ourselves in producing high quality and functional code.

We are looking for experienced software developers who want their coding expertise to be valued and are not interested in moving into management. We have a number of exciting projects and working with us will expose you to modern software languages and development techniques. You will be working with other experienced remote developers.

You must be a Malaysia citizen with strong written and spoken English who can work both from home or at our Cyberjaya office, as negotiated with your manager.

You will be working in a small team and will be expected to competently use languages, frameworks and tools, etc, such as: Go, PHP, SQL databases, React, GraphQL, REST API's, Docker, Kubernetes, Linux, and Flutter.

We are interested in a senior level experienced developer who is capable of working independently when required, able to pick up new technologies, and happy to be part of a small team focusing their time on developing software. We are interested particularly in candidates who have strong skills in:

• Go
• SQL (particularly PostgreSQL and MySQL)
  
• Docker
• PHP
• Linux

Day to day, the candidate will do a mix of designing and developing new features, estimating projects for quotes, bug fixing, and communicating in English with clients and other team members based in Australia. Some items the candidate will take full responsibility for, and others will be built in collaboration with team members. The candidate will be working in Linux as their primary operating system.

Salary: 12,000 to 15,000 MYR/month depending on candidate skills and fit.
